In March 2007, Bob Lee of Barrington, IL will embark on a solo bicycle ride of 6,500 miles and Ride for 3 Reasons: Cancer, ALS and Hospice Care.

Bob Lee is a cancer survivor and an advocate for physical fitness and charitable giving. He is grateful for success and satisfaction in his personal and professional life and is now devoted to the spirit of health and dedicated to "giving back."

6,500 mile solo bicycle ride.


March through September, 2007.


A Ride for 3 Reasons will raise funds and awareness for 3 important causes impacting our lives: ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), Cancer and Hospice programs.


Starting in Jacksonville, FL, Bob will ride north to Maine. He will then fly to the state of Washington to ride from there across the northern tier of our country to Maine.


A solo ride with the purpose of raising funds for research for ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) and Cancer; and for public awareness of the benefits of Hospice. 100% of all donations will go directly to these 3 causes: ALS, Cancer and Hospice.
